Horsham Conservatives are pleased to announce that Horsham District Council has once again maintained the lowest Council Tax in West Sussex. With a rise of just 2.7%, the annual charge for a typical Band D property within the Horsham District has risen to just £149.53 per year for the 2019/2020 charging period.
This represents excellent value for money and underlines the excellent stewardship of the Council finances by the Conservative administration.
