Horsham Conservatives are pleased to announce that the Administration team in their Association office has been strengthened further by the appointment of Darcy Lester as an Administration Assistant.
Darcy joins the Horsham Conservatives team from a background in Human Resource Outsourcing and Recruitment, and brings a number of skills which will enhance the offering within the Association office in Gough House.
Commenting on the appointment, Horsham Conservatives Chairman, Adrian M Lee said, "Darcy has a superb background and experience that she can bring to bear in the offering from Gough House to the Management team, the Executive Council and to all our Councillors and Members. In recent months, we have seen a significant increase in our workload and output as well as regular and intense campaigning activities from our Members. To drive this forward and to ensure that we make real use of the data this exercise is generating, it is vital that we put in place resource to ensure we maximise the effectiveness of all our activities. Moreover, Darcy will be able to support our Administration Manager, Karen McGovern, by supporting her across the whole range of Gough House functionality. I have great pleasure in welcoming her into our excellent team."
For her part, Darcy is very happy to be coming on board. She commented, "It is clear that this is an extremely busy Association with a very dynamic team.
